The goal was to design food packaging for Marché Public de Montréal, a local farmers’ market. The project focused on creating a seed box that included detailed packaging specs and a simple planting guide for home growers.
I designed every part of the project from scratch to create a strong and cohesive identity. Each vegetable was represented by a distinct shape and color squares, triangles, and octagons giving each box a clear visual personality. The packaging is both functional and attractive, with seed information and nutritional details on the back and a secure inner container that holds the seeds along with clear instructions for planting.
The biggest challenge was managing both design and production under tight deadlines. Each box had to be cut, glued, and assembled by hand with precision. Despite the time pressure, the final set of three designs came together beautifully and feel consistent as a collection. This project pushed me to think creatively and act efficiently.
